LOS ANGELES — Sabrina Carpenter has officially become an Emmy winner.
The pop superstar earned her first Emmy Award as an executive producer and performer on “The Muppet Show,” which won Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
Carpenter was among the executive producers credited on the Disney+ special, which brought the beloved Muppets back to television with a new generation of stars. She also served as the special’s featured performer.
“The Muppet Show” received six Emmy nominations and took home four awards, including Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special, Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming, and Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Special.
The Emmy marks another major milestone for Carpenter, who has rapidly expanded her career from music into television and film. Her growing list of achievements now includes Grammy Awards and her first Emmy, putting her closer to the elite EGOT path.
The 2026 Emmy win also adds another major honor to a year in which Carpenter has continued to establish herself as one of pop music’s biggest young stars.
