The invitation is the product. This November, across four weeks in Jamaica, Dr. Stephanie D. Ardrey will host a private preview of her company’s longevity retreats: five days at a time, guests admitted by invitation only, at $20,000 per solo guest and $35,000 per couple. The company is ZenoVerse Wellness Group. The programs carry names built around a number: 120BodySpaHeal and 120BodySpaLivity, designed, in Ardrey’s framing, around a goal of 120 years of life.

Ardrey announced the preview on October 14. The weeks run November 6 to 11, November 12 to 17, November 19 to 24, and November 25 to 29. The first week includes a complimentary additional day. Groups of four or more receive preferred rates, and every booking is prepaid. Before arrival, each guest completes what the company calls a Curated Plan Assessment.

What five days includes

The preview compresses ZenoVerse’s seven-day signature protocol into five days, organized around stress, anxiety and nervous-system balance. The days move through meditation, grounding, journaling and guided hikes. There are spring-water dips and sunbathing, iTal plant-based cuisine, spa treatments, tonics and tinctures, and MedTech wellness tools. Everything is noninvasive, and the company states plainly that the programs are proprietary wellness offerings, not medical treatment.

What Ardrey is selling harder than the retreat itself is what follows it. Her protocols, branded W-a-a-S/S, codify each treatment, and a platform called 120Vault tracks each guest’s progress against personal lifespan goals after they go home. Coaching continues. A private membership community, 120ClubVIP, keeps guests connected between visits. The pitch is continuity: the retreat as the first week of a system, not a vacation from one.

“You’ve built the wealth. Now build the life that lets you enjoy it,” Ardrey said in the announcement. “Longevity is not a weekend getaway. It is a system. Our guests arrive for five days, but they leave with a codified plan and the support to keep living it at home, year after year, toward a goal of 120.”

The developer behind the brand

Ardrey’s résumé is unusual in wellness. She spent nearly four decades developing, repositioning and marketing real estate and hospitality, including a run as director of development for Casden Properties in Los Angeles. The Casden portfolio she helped direct held roughly 90,000 apartment units valued at about $3 billion, and it merged into AIMCO in 2001 in a transaction valued at $1.95 billion. Her Los Angeles projects included Palazzo Westwood, 350 luxury residences with 50,000 square feet of retail. She holds a law degree and a doctorate in international business, and Business Minds Media put her on its cover in November 2025 as one of its “Top 5 Longevity Leaders Transforming Global Wellness.”

ZenoVerse is built like her old business: owned properties, a technology layer, and licensing. Jamaica is the flagship market, where the company is developing an owned portfolio, and it describes a development pipeline above $1 billion reaching from the Caribbean to Africa and the United Arab Emirates. The intended guests are named without embarrassment: elite performers, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, and a class of buyers the company describes as believing healthy is the new flex.

The 120-year figure deserves a clear eye. It is a philosophy and a brand, not a medical promise, and Ardrey’s own materials say the programs are not treatment. But the structure underneath the slogan is the same one now appearing in hospital longevity clinics at Northwestern and Weill Cornell: measure, codify, follow up, charge for continuity. The hospitals deliver it in a clinic. Ardrey delivers it in Jamaica, with spring water and a membership club, at resort prices. Invitations and assessments are handled through 120BodySpaLivity.com.
