Little Five Points Halloween Festival Returns to Atlanta With Spooky Parade and Weekend of Festivities

October 17, 2026

Atlanta’s beloved Little Five Points neighborhood is getting ready for a weekend of Halloween fun as the annual Little 5 Points Halloween Festival and Parade returns October 17–18, 2026. The free, two-day celebration will bring together costumed performers, local artists, live music and spooky attractions for one of the city’s most anticipated Halloween traditions.

The festival’s signature event, the Halloween parade, is scheduled for Sunday, October 18, at 1 p.m. along Moreland Avenue. This year’s theme, “Cryptids, Creatures and Community Legends,” celebrates mythical monsters, unusual characters and the colorful history of the neighborhood.

Spectators can expect elaborate costumes, creative floats, community groups, stilt walkers and other performers filling the streets. Local dance groups and entertainers will also take part, bringing music, movement and Halloween spirit to the parade route.

Beyond the parade, the weekend will feature an artist market along Euclid Avenue, live music, ghost tours, a pet costume contest and an immersive horror experience at the Little Five Points Community Center. Visitors can also explore independent shops and restaurants throughout the neighborhood.

The celebration is produced by the Little 5 Points Cultural District and the Little 5 Points Business Association, highlighting the neighborhood’s independent businesses, artistic community and distinctive character. Admission to the festival is free, although some special activities may require tickets or registration.

Organizers expect large crowds and advise visitors to plan transportation ahead of time. Parking will be limited, and several streets will close during the festivities. Public transportation, walking or rideshare services are recommended for those attending.

From imaginative costumes to live performances and neighborhood traditions, the Little 5 Points Halloween Festival promises a spirited weekend celebrating Atlanta’s creative community. With the parade set for Sunday afternoon, residents and visitors alike can prepare for a memorable Halloween spectacle.
